About me
I am a licensed California architect with 25 years professional experience, and I currently live in Montreal. I studied architecture at Virginia Tech and moved to San Francisco in 1996, where I started out working at small firms doing a variety of project types. At NBBJ I worked on several large, complicated projects, each spanning years, each with large teams, large budgets, and difficult clients. My experience in Montreal began with the CHUM Hospital project construction. I have spent many years working with contractors to get our designs built, often at the jobsite. I enjoy collaborating with engineers, contractors and owners to find the best way to go from concept to reality. My years of experience on jobsites informs my design decisions on a a daily basis.
